| I took this picture while going for a walk on the foggy afternoon of May 3rd. I didn't take it to point out what a sidewalk looks like, but we did just mention that subject in passing yesterday without giving you an example to look at, so here you are. Fish once told me that that small-tiled, light-colored section is to help visually-impaired folks find their way, and I don't think he was pulling my leg. But no, you see I took this picture because the hedge appealed to my anal, bushwhacking soul. Family and friends who know me best know I can be pretty obsessive about certain things, and trimming trees and bushes is definitely one of those things. |

| As a matter of fact, when my Dad was alive he refused to watch me trim the apple trees in the back yard because, when I trim a tree, it knows it's been trimmed. | |||||||||
