Fondue Chinese Style
That's pretty suspect French up there, but I'm many, many miles away from my French dictionary.  Nothing suspect about the pleasure of this feast, though.  I can best describe it as a Chinese version of Swiss fondue.  Like so much of the cuisine here, this was a healthy alternative--heated water did the cooking rather than heated oil like we're used to.
The lady in gray made sure my plate was well stocked, so I didn't have to go fishing in the hot water.  And we enjoyed drinking beer together.
