	Karen and Big Sister, the cook at our Office.  A special lunch to welcome Karen to China.  I took this picture after we'd been eating for quite a while.  Here's what's on the large plates and bowls.  Immediately in front of Karen is a plate of small mussels.  Moving clockwise, the almost-empty bowl is cucumber with clams, scrambled egg with sweet onions, cross-sections of tasty fish, broccoli with garlic, and peel 'n eat shrimp in the middle.
