| The finished product is circular and thicker in the center than around the edges because you roll from near the center to the edge with one hand while holding the dough and rotating it with the other. It sounds easy and certainly looks easy, but I knew what Da Peng was thinking when he suggested that I should stuff them rather than make them--he wanted to eat them and didn't want to be there all night just making them. |
