	The fine print above says: Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, and you see the dormitories in the right background.  They have solar panels on their slanted roofs to heat water.  This development is slated to become a hotel once the Olympics are over. We couldn't get any closer than the wall that you see in the foreground because the entire construction site is only open to construction workers.  We already knew that, but that didn't stop Amanda from asking at every single entrance gate we passed whether we could just peek inside.  She was persistent, but to no avail.
