I think of my brother-in-law Dane whenever I see a sign like this at a construction site promoting the local steel manufacturer.  Dane has made his career in the turbulent steel industry in the United States.  Given the construction boom here over the past fifteen years, I think that China's steel executives have had it relatively easier.

My bus route to and from work goes right past their corporate office.
