	It's about 4 o'clock on Sunday afternoon.  I'll bet this fellow works seven days a week to make ends meet.  The loudspeaker was broadcasting a tape that mentioned knives and scissors, among other words that I did not recognize.  His bike is his workbench.  I've seen some fancy, ten-speed bikes, but a lot more of these vintage bikes.  Just look at the kickstand.  There are places right on the sidewalk where you can get a flat tire repaired or have work done on the spokes.  Life can be simple.
