				This is my co-worker.  His Chinese family name is Fish.  So years ago, when it was time for him to choose an English first name, he chose Fish. Here he is showing me how to eat the noodle.  All I can say is, he sure makes it look easy. It's taken me a long time to be able to eat noodle without getting the broth all over my shirt, but I can do it now. When it was my Chinese tutor's birthday, she and her husband treated me to a traditional birthday noodle dinner.  It turns out that the long noodle is a metaphor for a long life.
