The picture on the left was taken at night on a pedestrian mall in Shanghai and the picture above was taken from a car window in another city and not in Qingdao. I don't know whether we have Tom's World stores here, but I haven't noticed any on my normal routes around Qingdao. |

The first two characters are the same as the characters on the Chinese side of my business card to represent my first name--Tom. It is a phonetic approximation of my name and is pronounced Tahng Moo. It is one of the standard phonetic equivalents of Western names. |
