	...and, when there's no more room in your refrigerator for the goodies you're accumulating for the New Year's festivities, yes, there's always the trusty window ledge.
				Which reminds me of when, all those years ago, I visited my sister Mary Ann in Paris for Thanksgiving when she was working there and I was in the Army in Germany. She'd bought a fresh chicken at the market, had asked a neighbor to gut and clean it for her, and then was storing the bird on her window ledge until I arrived because she had no refrigerator. Small world.
