| We were at my former Chinese tutor's apartment. While she and her husband were busy starting the dumpling process, Karen gave a deviled-egg lesson to these two young ladies who had also joined us. I've always liked deviled eggs, so I'd ordered some at the Russian restaurant I'd taken my tutor and her husband to several months ago. They'd seemed to have enjoyed the eggs, so this was the opportunity to share the recipe with them while they taught us how to make dumplings. |
